Our story

Born from love, for people who've been through so much.

Hi, I'm Marilyn Ware — the artist and founder of Bodacious Beauty Barr. I bring a nursing and clinical background to this work, but the reason I do it is deeply personal.

My mom is a two-time breast cancer survivor. Walking beside her, I saw how much it takes out of a person — and how much more a survivor is than the disease they beat. That's why I do this work: re-pigmentation and 3D restoration give survivors back a piece of themselves, gently and without pain. Everyone who sits in my chair is treated like family.

Insurance & billing

Insurance & payment

At this time, Bodacious Beauty Barr is not an in-network participating provider with commercial insurance plans or government health insurance programs. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

When appropriate, we can provide an itemized receipt or superbill you may submit to your insurance carrier for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined solely by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

We're actively pursuing additional payer participation and will notify our referral partners as new insurance arrangements become available. For patients whose care is coordinated through a physician or healthcare facility, we're happy to discuss referral and care-coordination options.
